You’d probably do well from not having one, to be honest. It seems to be unproductive. Medium hasn’t developed that good of a system in keeping in touch just yet. So, it’s difficult to follow your content directly, whereas Twitter allows notifications and the such. And is easier to filter than Facebook (at least for me), because of cat videos and all that jazz.

It could be a good way to promote your work, though.
