The reason every person on the Christian right believes in abortion is a mixture of moral intuitions + moral disgust (somewhat related). The justifications come from the two previous factors, in my view.

There’s obviously a lot more at play. Lots of factors to consider when it comes to the epistemology of abortion. But I think that’s a somewhat fair oversimplification.
