I also love that you pointed out (via McCaffery) that the tax code is indeed difficult to understand. You’ve done a good job explaining it briefly here.

I’d have to look further into your claim that the money would go to the rich and would subsequently “downsize their workforce.”

Seems like it could be true though, with the financial inequality in the States, I wouldn’t be surprised.
