I agree very much with your comment. Skepticism should be cherished, for some reason, some on the left have started relying on the same sort of tribal anti-intellectualism that has defined the right in the last couple of decades.

I realize I’m over-generalizing here, but it’s unfortunately true and that’s the way I see it. I think you agree. Apologies to the ones on the Right that are an exception to this rule, aka Thomas Sowell and Dave Rubin.
