Yes, I agree some sort of UBI might be a solution to economic instability people face from regions where employment will be impossible. But I find it difficult to imagine that any related revolutionary approach will happen, as the economic incentives for short-term goals is much larger than any revolutionary incentives (perhaps with exclusion of revolutionary actions that include executing violence).
