Nuclear War is Imminent (if we don’t do something about it)

Since 1945, there have been 32 known cases of nuclear weapons accidents.

These range from nuclear weapons accidentally falling from a B-36 bomber over New Mexico in 1957 to bomber planes crashing mid-air in 1958 near Savannah, Georgia, or a fighter jet carrying a 1-megaton bomb and falling off a US-aircraft carrier close to Japan in 1965 which has since never been recovered.

Many experts from Nick Bostrom and Toby Ord to William J. Perry argue that the largest threat to humanity today is nuclear war. And…
