I’m surprised that a warrant like that hasn’t been issued thus yet!

Although, when it comes to the International Criminal Court, there are some grievances I have with it, mainly that if the criminal is not on ICC member territory, they have no authority.

I don’t know if there’s a way around that, but that’s one of the criticisms I’ve often heard about it.
