I wouldn't say they don't understand.

No one apart from Zelensky's high command knows the exact purpose as of now. So, it's best to discuss possibilities. And to be honest, I rely on experts when it comes to that. So, I chose to share the perspectives of them.

But most analysts agree with these estimates, so I don't think they are far off. Either way, as with any war, the fog of war clouds some of our ability to see things clearly.
