I wonder! I believe Ukrainian intelligence is doing a really good job at discovering the best places to target in recent months, so whatever they choose to do will most likely come with some empirical backbone.

At the moment, however, I haven't seen much news of Belarus acting on their previous reported desires to join forces with Russia. It seems to have just been another threat. But when the time comes, I believe they are entirely justified to do whatever it takes to keep them out.
