As you said, this is the extreme and many people are not raised in this setting. However, the setting is extremely reminiscent to what a lot experience. We should nonetheless delineate between fundamentals, the Christian right, moderates, evangelicals, pentecostals, and all the rest for clarity.

Similarly, your comment on homeschooling and its unnecessary dangers is one I think people should take very seriously. In fact, homeschooling may allow for all sorts of evils. In many countries in Europe (including Slovakia, where I'm from), homeschooling is banned. And I honestly cannot see many problems with that.

I am open to different views on this as I have only read about the negatives and positive briefly.
