I completely understand your opposition.

The issue is that I believe it’s very difficult to find a cohesive Russian refugee unit abroad. But if we were to look in big cities across Europe, there are protests against Putin — they are often lumped together with Ukrainians and others protesting at pro-Ukrainian rallies. I have seen this in Warsaw, Poland, for example.

But obviously more can be done!
