How am I not involved directly in the conflict, Victoria?

I was a volunteer at the Ukrainian border with Slovakia. I am living in Warsaw, a city with the most Ukrainian refugees in Europe and I moved here to help Ukrainian refugees. My family has housed Ukrainian refugees and we continue to work with Ukrainians in Slovakia to get them the supplies they need. My partner is Ukrainian. One of my closest friends is a reporter in Ukraine and is reporting from Donbas as well as other parts of Ukraine. I have studied these issues at University and I am doing my MA in Eastern European studies.

You assuming that much about me is the “fuel to the fire” you speak of.
