Great point! I believe some of that is already happening. As the President of EU Commission, Ursula Von Der Leyen pointed out, the EU is turning away from fossil fuels as a source of energy.

I think we can expect an increase in renewable energy source funding in the coming years, especially since we have seen that gas, coal, and oil act as a potential source of blackmail from autocratic regimes.

I think the liberal international order has had enough of that blackmailing.
