An interesting parallel can be drawn with Lukashenko and Putin where protests have been fairly consistent but leading to little/ no results.

But I think it's a good incentive for wealthier citizens in liberal nations to put out these million dollar rewards for Putin's life. I think a lot of people in Russia would be better off with those millions especially now.

A very grim option but probably one that would end the killing in Ukraine. From a consequentialist standpoint, very defensible.
