I see that the rebuilding process will take long as well, but, as was the case with EU investments into East Central Europe in the 1990s and early 2000s (and beyond, actually), there is immense economic value for neighbors to invest in neighbors because of the overflow of capital and workforce growth/ diversification, among other contributions.
