Thank you for sharing that scene, it seems very touching. And I like sharing the books I read on this journey because I believe they are a part of the story :) Hopefully others can pick up some of them as well along the way.

And, yes, I agree Lewis certainly had his doubts. They're most visible in his A Grief Observed.

Broadly, I see your question the same way. I think that atheists often judge people with religious belief too harshly. We all have belief, in the end.
