Apologies for the later response here, Gregor! Actually, yes, at the moment it is reserved to Spotify. I do not know if Spotify does not allow for free podcast listening (I think they allow for free music listening). Hopefully, they do however! I have tried to extend this to Apple but it has proved fairly difficult. Unfortunately, Google canceled their podcast platform and SoundCloud is far too expensive to be reasonable.
