Actually, that is a very silly misconception that many make.

If I say that I know very little, or that reasoning is flawed, I am not implying that we cannot reason.

The implication is that we should warry of our ability to reason. The Socratic Paradox is not a paradox at all. It is actually a very important insight into the limitations of knowledge. I hope that helps.
