Actually, saying that all morality comes from God does no suggest that God is to blame for rape and murder.

I am not a Christian, but that’s a misrepresentation.

For them, sin is a result of the Fall. And for many, that is explained by free will. I have a more convoluted view on the issue, but it’s too long to get into here!
